Becoming Her – Return & Refund Policy

At Becoming Her, every product is created with intention, purpose, and care. Because many of our items are printed or delivered digitally, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.

Physical Books (Print Orders)
Due to the nature of print-on-demand publishing, all book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change of mind.

However, if your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of the content.

If you experience any issues accessing your file, please reach out and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your details carefully before completing your purchase.
